If you choose to buy a home in Solivita, there is an age verification requirement:
One member of the household has to be 55 years of age or more.
No one under 18 years can be a resident of Solivita because of its classification as a Retirement community.
Golf fees are not part of the association dues.
You are required to pay a CDD fee of $789 approx. paid annually and included with your property taxes. CDD (Community Development District) is an independent governmental unit that provides community development services centered around infrastructure construction and maintenance. In essence, the CDD assures the quality and standards of the community from the time you move in and for years to come.
Home association dues cover total lawn care, cable, movies, tennis, state of the art fitness centers, indoor walking track, heated pools scattered throughout the community and more!
